Adam Ingram – Owner / Plumbing Technician

Adam IngramI was born in Moore County and grew up in this area, graduating from Calvary Christian School. I started learning the plumbing trade while working through college at Sandhills Community College. Once I graduated, I continued in the plumbing field to remain here in my hometown area. I passed the State Board test and received my plumbing license in 1996, while working with my brother’s plumbing company. In 2000, I began my own plumbing venture, incorporated as OnTime Plumbing, Inc. in 2005, and in 2009, joined the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise. I am very dedicated to customer service and making sure the job is done right. I always strive to ensure my customers understand their issues and not feel as if I am just trying to sell them something. I am married to Bridget. We have four children and live in the Aberdeen area. I enjoy old cars, as well as fishing, kayaking, and other outdoor activities with my family in my free time.

Aaron Ingram – Plumbing Technician

Aaron IngramAaron is Adam’s younger brother and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He started helping Adam as an after-school job in high school and is still with him today. Aaron is very patient and thorough when dealing with a problem, and is always willing to help someone with an emergency call after hours. A little about himself: I grew up in Aberdeen, NC and have been here my whole life, nearly 33 years.  My wife, Natalie, and I have been married 10 years, and we have a little boy, 16 months old right now.  I enjoy spending time with my family, playing bluegrass gospel music, hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.  I thank God for the freedom that we have in this great country, the United States of America!

Bridget Ingram – Bookkeeeping and Accounting

Bridget IngramAdam and I married in 1999, and when we were pregnant with our first child in 2003, I left my horse barn manager job to stay home with our daughter and began helping him with his bookkeeping. We now have 4 children, ages 15, 10, 2, and 5 months, and I have been homeschooling since the first one started preschool. I love doing anything outdoors, and encourage the same lifestyle in our children– they don’t play many video games or stay glued to electronic devices or TV. I especially enjoy playing with horses, running, cycling, snowboarding, and a myriad of other activities with my family in my free time.

Joshua Bies – Junior Plumbing Technician

Joshua BiesJosh is our newest plumbing technician.  He has been with us since February of 2018.  A little about himself:  I grew up in Raeford, NC, and I’m 20 years old.  I love cars and racing and going fast!  I have been doing plumbing for a year and a half.  I like plumbing and solving problems, and I enjoy pleasing our customers and the smiles I leave on their faces.

Richard Walker – Executive Water Officer

Richard WalkerRichard does our water testing and helps customers understand the problems with their water, as well as the best filtration system for their needs.  A little about himself:  I grew up on a dairy farm.  This is where I learned all about hard work and work ethics.  I came from a family of seven; thus, I learned all about sharing and the value of being a team player.  I have two key hobbies: travel (I have visited 12 countries) and swimming (I swim at least 5 times a week).  I like to take on challenges and accomplish what people say cannot be done! I spent 5 years at Indiana University, with my major in Allied Health.  I spent 3 years in the Army medical field, with 18 months in Korea during Vietnam.  I retired from the medical field after 35 years as a medical tech and business developer.  My retirement company was one of the Fortune 500 companies (GlaxoSmithKline).  I stay young at heart by thinking young and loving to serve others.  My key dislike is commercials on TV (they waste my time and life). This includes my iPhone advertisements!  I dislike how people rely on electronics and not on each other.  We all need to share our hearts– not email or texting!

Teressa Barber – Customer Service Representative

Teressa BarberTeressa is the first contact you have with our company, answering the phone and helping customers with their problems during the day. She is vital to our day-to-day operations and keeping the service calls dispatched smoothly.  A little about herself:  I was born and raised here in Pinehurst with my 2 brothers.  I attended Calvary Christian School for 10 years, and graduated from Big Oak Christian Academy, then attended Sandhills Community College.  I have 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. My work experience has always been in customer service, so this job was a perfect fit for me.
